Web1 year ago. That’s not dropsy. That’s either egg binding or a tumour and if it was my fish I would euthanize it. It cannot recover and must be in great discomfort even though fish rarely show such signs. Very sorry about that. It’s not that common to see fish like this but it does happen at times. reply. #3.
