Apologies if it's so simple: I am simply lost among the packages, soft etc... Thank you for your help. WitrynaAnd by the way, of course the data is backed up. But it is locked into synology moments database as I expected it to be migrated to synology Photos as advertised by synology. And a rollback to moments is not possible in a supported way! I checked the release notes and it states that these tags will be supported.

Normally it will show the user name who access the file but this only show another user. In fact no one actually open the file. Any idea what has happen?
