On the Application groups tab, in the row for the application group that contains the content that you want to restore, click the action button , and then click Restore. The Select restore type page appears. Click Application files. Webbset the nextcloud instance in maintenance mode tar the nextcloud folders into one file (maybe multiple files of max 1gb) and compress the tar file with gzip. (All permissions and owners are keeped and will be back when I unzip and untar this on restore) Copy this to external storage (e.g. samba share) in another location (in own control)
Webb1. I somehow managed to break my Nextcloud server! I guess I run a wrong snapd.service command and it broke my Nextcloud. The command that allegedly broke it was this: sudo systemctl unmask snapd.service. Then I managed to get the server back running, but after some period I noticed that, for example, background cron job to scan for files ... WebbS25 confirmed non flight worthy!
